so i get these forms in the mail explaining all the legal stuff that applies to me. the question is: cash in or opt out? i was an A&F full timer floor supervisor for a year and a half. to make a long story short some guy felt like he was discriminated by A&F either while he was working there, or denied a job. .im not sure. never suffered from any racial discrimination myself, heck they promoted me my third month working there. there definately was mild discrimination in the hiring process/schduling/customer service. i got on because a buddy of mine from highschool was the store manager, so by virtue of "being cool" with brandon i guess they saw passed my ethnicity? or maybe they actually appreciated and respected me as a person? or im just cool! anyways..i could be rewarded the "several hundreds to several thousands" if i chose to be included in the "class" or opt out. i know, it should be easy to decide..i was never discriminated, racial jokes (unfortuantely) were common place among co workers, we did have some goodtimes. ps im a poor college student. haha. booyah

pps go flying tomato!
